NORO has a long history of large mixed-use joint venture projects throughout the country and today, solely focuses on the Atlanta metropolitan area with a current portfolio in excess of 2M square feet.
Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc., a 40+-year old private full-service real estate company headquartered in Atlanta, provides Property Management Services. Pope & Land specializes in developing mixed-use properties in the Southeastern United States. Based in Atlanta, Georgia and firmly rooted in the Southern real estate marketplace, we celebrate a rich history and have developed many of the city’s best known properties.
